When I started to search for a carrier I received dozens of offers. I knew little about the process and how pricing was established. Of all the e-mail quotes and phone calls I received, only Lance clearly explained the process. He wasn't the lowest price but not the highest either. When I asked the low price people to pick up on a specific day instead of giving me a window, their price jumped. Lance was able to give me a two day window and kept his initial price.
Unfortunately, on the day of the pickup, Lance got sick and couldn't answer his phone. Fortunately, he had given me the driver's cell phone number and we were able to coordinate the car pickup easily. Lance checked back in once he was back in the office.
I would definitely call Lance again if I needed to move a car.
