was late to meet the driver but they were very understanding and waited for us to arrive. They had picked up my car on time and was delivered when expected. My car was exactly how it was before they had picked it up. No damage at all. When trying to find the right date to have my car picked up the customer service was very helpful in helping me. I have no complaints what so ever and would definitely use them again. Although I do think that being able to use a check or money order might of been helpful. Didn't like having to carry that much money with me.
