I have never had to transport a vehicle on my own before so I did some review comparisons before I chose one. I chose Get It Done Transportation because I liked that they had the 14-point inspection, a guaranteed price and that they were family owned. I spoke with David to get the contract started and to schedule a pick up. I was surprised when he called me back in 20 minutes with a driver and a pick up within 2 days! I wasn't expecting one for several days. I knew there were a lot of variables involved. When the truck came, I was very impressed. They were concerned about the trees scratching the vehicles already on the transport so he parked in the shopping center nearby and walked over to get the car. He was respectful and professional. Because I am handicapped and couldn't see the vehicle loaded, he took a picture and sent it to my phone!

The route was long and off the beaten track to the final destination in Reno. As it got closer to the delivery date, I called the driver and wasn't able to reach him, but he was driving so I called his office and they gave him a message which he responded to personally as soon as he could. He worked around my son's school schedule which was great! I'm grateful he was able to put in the long hours of driving. The delivery went smooth and the van was in the same shape I sent it.

I appreciate David calling me back when I was trying to check on the status. He was dealing with a horrific loss and funeral plans at the time, but did call me as soon as he could.

I was scared handing my vehicle over, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Get It Done again, if I ever had to transport another vehicle.
