Kimberly was excellent, she answered all of my questions remembered who I was even after it had been over a month. She ensured that I was able to get what I needed quickly and gained my trust. That is an important thing when giving someone a $35,000 car. Pick up was late due to traffic (completely understandable), but a phone call to let me know would have been nice. Drop off driver, called a day before like I was told, and then called about 2 hours out to allow plenty of time for my father to get to the pick up location. Car arrived with no damage, just dirty, but that is to be expected on a 2500 mile trip.
