Our experience was positive in every way. We needed to get a vehicle from Virginia to Texas, and had we not been able to have Total Car Shipping transport it, we would have had to buy airline tickets, spend at least two days on the road and been exhausted in the process. So, we saved both time and money! Marc, our initial contact, was the epitome of friendly, helpful customer service. The driver, Dave, was the epitome of competence, courtesy and responsibility. It was a most pleasant experience. I'm very satisfied with our choice.
