This is a very interesting process and there is always some uncertainty when shipping a vehicle a long distance across the country. Trust me it was not an easy process but Lance at Auto Shipping group was there to answer questions or concerns during the entire shipment. It is important to remember to read everything again and ask questions to ensure you understand the process. It will keep you from losing your mind! At the time I just wanted to get the car shipped. This was an extremely difficult shipment to make happen especially when the person (my daughter) you are shipping to is a service member of our armed forces. Currently still in a training school timing was everything to this process. The shipment arrived early which throws some curve balls in things because the shipment needed to be in the evening. The goal was simple but once the vehicle is in transport it will be the transporter you will be dealing with. So arrival times are not always going to be made at what is convenient to you. After all said and done the vehicle arrived and was transported safely and professionally. My only suggestion would be make sure you have a clear plan for how to deal with shipment times. So be flexible. If flexibility is not an option ...well you will need to learn to have some patience and have a back up plan.
