Even though I found a different shipper due to the vehicle's origin location and timing, however, my contact person through the company displayed excellent customer service on the phone and e-mail. She was extremely professional about explaining the process of shipping a car. Over the phone, she thoroughly answered my questions and concerns about shipping a vehicle from one state to another. I would definitely contact them again if I need to ship a vehicle.
