My vehicle was dispatched for pickup the same day I signed on with DIY. Fast! I thought it might take a little longer since I wanted an enclosed transport. The transport Owner/Driver contacted me right away, and was very friendly. I was concerned about whether or not he had been informed by DIY that a small luggage trailer was part of my purchase, and would need to be transported as well. Charles said that he had NOT been told about the trailer, but it was no problem. He told me that he had a 28 ft. enclosed car hauler, and my car would be the only vehicle being transported. He even said there would be no extra charge for the trailer. He delivered my car and trailer the day after he picked them up in Utah, and both were in perfect shape. I cannot say enough about how nice, and honest Charles was.
