Billie has consistently gone above and beyond in her job to satisfy me as her new customer. Billie demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. Over the past few days, Billie’s attention to customer satisfaction has not gone unnoticed, Billie worked with me until my problems were resolved and she went the extra step to help upset my vehicle for transportation. Billie skillfully overcomes client objections. She is an empathetic listener that made me feel like a value customer. Billie is clearly a people person and shows her clients how much she loves her job.
