Just to let you that my daughter finally received her car, after having to argue and constantly calling the driver. We are totally disappointed in the service and the way the whole situation was handled. For sure, I will never recommend your company nor the transporter's company. The driver was basically refusing to give her credit for the time lost ($100), not to mention that she had to spend and additional $400 in renting a car so that she can travel to her destination and not loose the monies on the hotels previously rented. We were totally disappointed. As a broker, your responsibility does not end when the car is picked up, it continuos until the car is finally delivered, that is call SERVICE.

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the transport of your daughters car. Unfortunately, Titan National Transport nor the carrier can control break downs no one can it is something that happens from time to time in this industry. Erika spoke with you and your wife about the break down and explained that instead of waiting in AZ for 6 additional days for truck parts to arrive. The carrier went above and beyond by renting a car himself, driving from AZ to CA to pick up an empty rig, driving back to AZ loading the cars onto the empty rig and driving back to CA. All of this was to try and meet his delivery times and expedite transport of your daughters car. Erika also requested that you speak with your daughter so that she would stop yelling and verbally abusing the carrier for something that was out of his control, even after he had done all of this and offered to drop off her car where ever it was convenient for her to accept it. Our contract clearly states that Titan National Transport does not pay for rentals.
