My scheduled pick-up was on 07/31 and till today its not picked-up. Until I paid $150 deposit and signed their contracts they were promptly attending my calls or replying my emails. Now neither they attend my calls nor reply to my emails. I have been requesting them to let me know if there is any issue and why they have not picked-up my car, but they are ignoring my emails and phone calls. I really do not understand what can be done now as I feel like got cheated by these people.
