This is the second time I have used Mercury Auto Transport to transport vehicles across country.
I worked with Jim Gozde both times and he made sure I understood the process and kept me aware of what was happening with the carrier all alone the way.

The last car I shipped was a mint BMW Z-4 going from Utah to Florida. I was concerned with using a open carry, but Jim got me a top rear load at no extra charge and the car arrived in prefect shape.

I wish I could get the same customer support and satisfaction from major corporations I deal with on a daily bases.
