We are very pleased with our service from Direct Express Auto Transport. The website was very informative and the FAQs answered most of our questions. We have two family members in the trucking industry and they were impressed with the website as well. Setting up the transport was easy and Jessica answered our few remaining questions. Great service!
We did not have any scheduling requirements to work around. A few phone calls with the driver kept us in touch and advised of changes in delivery which was a day and a half later than estimated (truck needed servicing, state ferry system breakdown caused a delay).
Transport cost was great. Fuel costs to drive the vehicle would have been over $600, and then add on time, food, hotels, etc.
Would definitely use the service again!
