When I began searching for a company to arrange for my vehicle to be shipped from DC to Cali, I had my phone number/email get entered into some database. I was immediately contacted by about 10 different brokers within the next few hours and days. I felt very overwhelmed and didn't know who to select, as this was my first time doing this sort of thing (I didn't know what the whole broker thing was at this point either). I tried searching for reviews online for a few hours but that didn't help with some of the companies.

For one reason or another, I came upon AndrewsAutoTransport (I forget where I found them - they didn't contact me), who had a video on YouTube on how this whole "broker" process worked. Their website seemed legit, and they offered a $20 military discount - it's not a lot but was something else that drew me in, so I decided to give them a call.

I forget who I spoke to at first, but he referred me to Mimi, who then handled all of my questions/concerns. I remember seeing her name somewhere else when I was looking at reviews for this site, and it was a positive one, so I felt a little more comfortable dealing with her. It turned out to be the truth because she was very helpful. My situation was a little last minute but she found time (even late on the weekends) to send me an email or two regarding my shipment. I couldn't be happier with her.

When it was all said and done, my vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time as promised. I cannot be happier with the service I received from this company as well as with Mimi. Their price was about $100 cheaper than the other companies which is also a plus.
