I had a very good experience. Mikela was very helpful. They did not use one of their own trucks, but the driver they sent was on time and courteous. He was able to pick up the car in Texas right across the street from its parking lot. He was then able to deliver it in Virginia in a parking lot near my work. Very convenient. I hesitated having the car shipped. If I had known it would go this smooth I would have done it earlier.
