called this company after having the worst experience with a competitor autotransport123 - 123 not it! and a $1250 quote from shipacardirect.
We started at $900 and I had to make contact back as nothing had happened a week later. Lecia bumped the quote by $200 for a magical $1250 total deal, and a carrier signed at that price.
Lecia always replied to her correspondance, this company did the trick. They are more perseverent at emailing me to get their review as to follow up on their original quote though.
It seems that shipacardirect is the benchmark in this industry apart from their complicated online application process - they do not accept direct phone calls.
One family company at shouldn t be in business is autotransport123, which was eager to get me signed in a contract a few minutes into the conversation, then bumped the quote, didn t inform me about the payment modalities then never ever called me - even to return my calls in over three weeks. Each day I was promised "in a few hours". The interlocutor changed, they dropped the calls, I suffered an embarrassement with the pick up contact after over 3 weeks of this daily runaround.
