Too many e-mails "reminding" me to write a review

This is my second time using this company to move my car. Besides the car being delivered a few days later than original estimates (which was fine in my case, I was in no rush) - I have no complaints about the actual delivery service. I have already written a positive review based on my previous experience about a year ago.

I do have complaints about the constant e-mails harassing me about writing this review. Customers should not be forced into writing reviews about their experience, whether it was good or bad. Since the delivery, I have received so many annoying e-mails asking me about this review. One reminder would have sufficed.

I understand in the past this company has provided cash incentives for reviews - a practice which has its own problems. The "carrot" of a cash incentive apparently has been replaced by a "stick" of constant e-mail harassment.

Based on this, I will not be as enthusiastic about using or recommending this company in the future.
