This is the first time I have shipped a vehicle. The experience was very, very good. the customer service at Montway was very good and the communication from the driver with KNA Transportation was excellent! They picked the car up within couple of days of being available and delivered it within 3 days to Minneapolis. The driver and his dispatcher kept in constant touch with me even telling me that they would be there within 15 minutes. I was kept apprised of the drivers progress from his prior pick-ups until he arrived to get my car. He was very professional, well groomed and friendly. He took great care with my car and the others which were on his carrier as well. I would definitely use Monty again especially if they could guarantee that KNA Transportation would be my driver! Lastly, the car arrived in the same condition it was shipped in - excellent condition!
