Vehicle damage

After vehicles were delivered and accepted, some damage not noticeable upon delivery were discovered. The carrier (YES Auto Transport) was contacted by phone. The driver stated that since the Bill Of Lading had been signed not to call him again and hung up the phone. Customer service was contacted, We were advised to get estimate and send to them along with photos of vehicle. This was done. I received email from customer service advising that information had been forwarded to carrier for their response. The carrier response was as previously stated; The bol was signed and they had no further responsibility. Customer service forwarded their response stating this issue would have to be resolved by contacting the carrier and stating that it was doubtful they could be convinced to do anything and said "good luck".
