Great first transport experience

This was my first transport experience and it went very well. Service was fast and my car arrived on time and undamaged. I chose Angels for 2 reasons: 1) because they were recommended by the car dealership where I bought my car, and 2) because of how they structure insurance with their carriers. I contacted them by phone and they were very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions and getting things set up. The contact person also texted me throughout pickup and dropoff days to make sure everything was going smoothly with the carrier. The only way Angels could improve is by offering during-transport updates so that you can have a better idea of when during the delivery window to expect the car. I was given a delivery window of 2-4 days and it arrived after 2.5 days, which was great, but it would've been nice to know the night before dropoff that it was expected to arrive the next day.
