Shipping my car could have been a horrible experience. Reading reviews of all the companies from which to choose there was one name that repeatedly was mentioned, Bernie. Her customer service and friendliness really helped reduce my stress. She guided me through the whole process. She is fun to chat with. I really like that she kept in contact with me and made a follow up call once my car arrived. Have a car to ship? Call Bernie she'll take care of you. Call Excellent Auto Transport, their name says it all. Thank you Bernie! Now do you guys ship motorcycles?

Hi Gerald, Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. You were a true joy to work with. Successful transports need several ingredients, one of which is good communication between all the parties and you were always available when we needed to talk. We like to explain how transport works, that takes the mystery out of it and makes it more comfortable for someone that is by faith turning their family car over to someone they don't know to transport their car for thousands of miles. Again, thanks for your kind words and YES we do ship motorcycles and really anything with wheels!
