I am writing this review in spite of the fact that South Beach Transport did not transport my vehicle. This was my first experience with having to move a vehicle from one state to another. Because I did not have a complete understanding of how the process worked, I jumped at the first offer. What that company did in the industry is called the bate & switch move on me after I sent them a deposit in the amount of $ 159.00. After receiving every reason from A to Z why my vehicle had not been picked up, I contacted South Beach Transport afterwards. My request for service was answered by Ms. Nicole Cooke. OOOOOOOOOOOOO my GOD was she helpful !

By now fault of mine or South Beach Transport the move never did take place but, based on the conversations that I had with Ms. Cooke I would definitely recommend South Beach Transport.

My money has not been refunded as of the writing of this communications.
