This is my first time shipping a car from one state to another, and I was quite nervous about it after reading so many negative reviews in general. I also did a lot of research about the shipping companies, reading their reviews, called around for a quote, search BBB, etc... What I learned is that bad things do happen, and it is how the broker/shipper handle the situation matter. I also learned that I need to know how things work so I know what to expect.

My experience in doing business with Car Shipper USA LLC was better than expected. Glen was courteous and patience in explaining/answering my questions. He also listened more than trying to sell me business. His responded time was quick and he was there to see the process from begin to end. That is what I would expect of an excellent service. So that was enough great review about the broker, moving on to the driver and his team.

Car Shipper USA is a broker and they move car by using car transporters. The transporter who moved my car was a local business by Arizona. My experience with the driver as well as the dispatcher was also positive. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got my car when I needed, and the car was in the same condition as it was before picked-up. David, the driver, picked up my family from the Houston airport and delivered our car right then and there.

I shipped the car on Monday and my flight was scheduled to land in Houston on Thursday @ 7:30pm. However, the car got to Houston one day before us. David informed me that the car could be dropped off on Wednesday night or Thursday morning. Once I explained to David that I didn't know anyone in Houston to entrust him/her with the task of picking my car earlier, he offered to deliver my car last and wait until Thursday evening. He brought my car to the airport for me so that I don't have to rent another car. I really appreciate his willingness to work out the problem and make my move to Houston less stressful.

If there was any experience to share with other customers, I would say this: (1)Do your homework so you know what to expect (2) Be realistic with expectation, and (3) work with the company you hired as a team. It is as much our responsibilities to check in to make sure that the car will be picked as scheduled. Call the driver to see where he is at rather than waiting to get a phone call from him, and if he provides great service, be generous and tip him.

Thank you Glen and David.
