Emily was always a great help and very friendly. The carrier was also very friendly. The car arrived a little late than i expected, but it wasn't much of a problem since i wasn't in much of a rush to have my car so quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience thanks to Emily being available and willing to help every step of the way.
