This company was helpful when I called to inquire about a pick up date. I am a very detail oriented person and need approximate dates and do not like when I don't have a set plan and they were able to work with me to get a car carrier for my car in a quick manner. First original pick up date was a Friday and my car was picked up the following Wednesday, then delivered that Saturday. Neither times was the truck able to get to my front door because I live in a neighborhood, but they did get as close as possible to me on a road that would work for them. The price of the transport was one of the best priced transports out there and I easily saved 400-500 dollars, which is nice considering i am a graduate student who will be traveling a lot in the next year for rotations around the country. I will definitely use this company again in the near future.
