Kim was a huge help in our transport issue. We had been working with Dustin who proved very difficult to get in touch with but we did finally receive our quote. I booked my flight to FL and while in transit read the quote via email. The date for pickup was two days after I was scheduled to leave FL! I found that Dustin no longer worked for the company via Kim. While she was not able to match the earlier quote, which was disappointing, she was able to find a carrier hat could meet my travel deadlines.
The pick up was on time, the driver very courteous and the car arrived earlier than scheduled.
While stressful arranging the actual pickup planning the outcome was very satisfactory and we would use the company again.
