This was my first experience having a vehicle transported, and I made the initial mistake of asking for a quote on a generic website. Bad Move! I was bombarded by emails, texts, and phone calls from people trying to get my business. The more I researched, the more I understood how the whole process works. Brokers set up the transport and carriers transport the vehicle. So I started over, but this time I looked at the ratings (unpaid) for the brokerages, looked to see if they were BBB rated, and read reviews from customers on only the 5 Star brokerages. I called three before I talked to Lance at Auto Shipping Group. They were all within $100 in terms of cost. I chose Auto Shipping Group, because I found Lance to be a total professional. He was straight forward, honest, forthright and answered my questions directly. He didn't tear down any of the other companies, but instead told me what to look for when considering a brokerage and carrier. I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. My vehicle was picked up inside the window I gave Lance, and it was delivered to me 3000 miles away on the other side of the country in 6 DAYS!. The carrier was Northwest Trucking and the driver's name was Ivan. They were also very professional. My car arrived in excellent condition. I would absolutely recommend Auto Shipping Group!! Thank You!!
