This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle across country, so I was somewhat anxious after paying and not receiving personal contact or updates. That's an unfortunate side-effect of doing business online. Initially I was just another paying customer with a company website that could offer me no assurance of when delivery would begin.

The driving team of John and Sharon salvaged my initial impression of lukewarm opinion of customer service. They kept in touch with me all the way across the country and made sure it would be convenient for me to receive it. They were even nicer in person during the delivery. My car arrived in great condition.

John and Sharon, the husband and wife driver team made the experience 100 percent rewarding. Because of them I will use Intercity again when and if the need arises and will recommend my friends to do the same.
