My cousin referred Autostar to transport my vehicle from Florida to California. From the first time I contacted Lewis at Autostar to the time my vehicle was delivered I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism and service I received. I was given contact information for a secondary contact if Lewis was not available if I needed him. Turns out I did need to speak with him but had to talk to the secondary contact person and she knew exactly who I was and she was completely up to speed on my account. That was very reassuring! I was expecting the vehicle to be picked up on a Saturday. The driver called 4 days before the scheduled pick up and requested an early pick up. 2 days early! Initially I didn't want to change my plans but I did and it all worked out better then I ever could have planned!! One day prior to arrival of my vehicle, the driver called to say he would be arriving the following day between 3-4pm. Well. He call when he was an hour away and showed up right on time. Yes the car was dirty, I expected that, he was also injury free. No new dings or dents. All my. Are needed was a bath. Thanks AutoStar for doing an amazing job for my family. I would recommend AutoStar to anyone that need auto transport services.
