Rough Start, Good follow Through

I contacted ASG to have my truck shipped from California to Maryland, my POC with ASG was Lance Staab, he said he could ship my vehicle for a ballpark estimate of $900. I agreed and he started searching for a carrier. The next time I was contacted he said he found a shipper but unfortunately because I was moving to a rural part of Maryland I could drive up and meet the driver by a major highway and it would cost $1300, but if I wanted it delivered door to door it would cost $1650. I honestly felt like I was a victim of the bait and switch and expressed my frustration to Lance.
He explained to me that the shippers set the price and he ended up contacting me the next day with a different shipper that would do it door to door for $1100. I quickly agreed and Lance arraigned the truck to be picked up in the following 48 hours.

Lance worked with me throughout the process of shipping my vehicle, even after I voiced my frustration about the price change.
