I was surely like most people shipping their cars: Overwhelmed with anxiety. As I perused through the internet looking for a company to ship our two cars across the country, there were many who received a majority of great reviews, there were always those 1-2% that were awful and made me nervous. I was all ready to go with one company but my gut feeling just told me to change and go with Ship a Car Direct. At first, I was nervous about David's on point explanation about everything. It just seemed to good to be true. He knew my anxiety and kept in constant communication with me. Even if it was just a quick 2 sentence email just letting me know he's working on my quote or someone will contact me, it was very reassuring. From the moment I spoke with David he took ownership of my cars and even followed up after delivery. Everything went so smooth, that while the cars were in transit, I didn't even worry. And I was right. They hooked up me with a great auto transport but didn't just pass me off to them. David was there throughout the whole process. I hope we don't ever have to move again but if we do in the future, I would definitely use them again! I researched and sifted through different companies and Ship a Car Direct was definitely the right choice.
