Overall, I had a positive experience with ship a car direct, I was originally signed a different agent but once I was aligned with Matt my entire process was smooth from start to finish. Matt was responsive to my questions and advised me in a turn around time which in fact was shorter than planned. The carrier was good, there were some logistic issues due to narrow streets in dc and a pick up site, but the carrier was able to deliver my car to my apt building before I arrived and was fine with rescheduling. I would def use ship a car direct in the future due to the ease of scheduling and a rapid turn around once the carrier delivered my car. No scratches, only dusty as expected in an open carrier.
