My Car was Driven around 50 miles by their Driver and used around Half tank Gas.
When Delivered, they delayed the time and delivered at night when nothing much can be visible.
Next day I noticed that they have replaced the read complete glass. they somehow broked it and replaced it themselves with a lower quality after market glass without informing me. Due to Improper fixing of Glass, the rain water started leaking in my car trunk and damaging it.

I need to get my mirror replaced. They are not agreeing that they did it. Somehow after their insurance people came for inspection and confirmed that damage has been done on my car. But the company was not ready to accept nor the driver.

After so much follow up and warnings they asked me for the Quote for repair and refunded my amount.

But still they used my Car Sunpass to pay their Truck tolls and are not able to provide me with their toll payment which toll company has asked for, so that they can refund my amount if the truck has also paid the toll. but I am sure they paid it with my car sunpass that is why they are not able to provide me the details. It was around 60$


As far as Pickup or delivery is concerned it is fine, Picked up on Sunday as we asked and delivered on 10th day as they promised between 7 -10 days as it was very long distance around 3300 miles
Just got the flat tires after delivery.
