Marc, who was in charge of coordinating my car shipping, made every effort to move my car from San Jose CA to Houston TX on time. Of course the quote is really competitive. At the beginning, I mean on Wed, March 18, 2015, Marc found a car carrier for me and guaranteed that the driver would contact me soon. Unfortunately, on Tuesday, March 24, Marc informed me that the driver cancelled the deal. I felt a little worried because I would flight on Saturday, March 28. At that time, Marc told me plan B: my car would be sent on Monday next week. It seemed finding a driver was impossible at that time. Marc ensured that he would be able to find another car carrier for me. On Thursday, Marc called me to notify that a driver had been found. He would come to my house to pick up my car on Friday, March 26. Marc worked NON-STOP to ensure the first schedule he promised me. Through this process, I could see Marc's personal value: RESULT-ORIENTED. That makes me understand why many customers choose TOTAL CAR SHIPPING to move their car from one state to another. March is really a wonderful Brand Ambassador for the organization he is working for. I am sure a person like Marc will create an experience that goes beyond customers' expectation.
