After reading reviews of MANY companies/brokers, I picked Angels Moving Autos to ship a car from Fairfax, VA, to a family member in Los Angeles, CA, and was very happy I did. During the first phone call they gave me two shipping choices (based on dates) and the prices. I selected one, paid the deposit, and promptly received a contract and text messages to ensure we were all "in sync". Driver called within a day so I had his cell number; he called me from the pick-up location about an hour early but waited for me to show up. We both walked around the car noting all of the dings/dents/scratches/protruding devices/etc. and we both took pictures. I then watched him load the car onto the trailer. The whole process took about 45-60 min. The driver accurately forecast the delivery date. Angels Moving Autos worked diligently with my delivery point of contact in LA to coordinate a delivery date/time. Everything worked out so well: car was delivered in perfect condition, cash payment was accepted by the driver, and there were no delays/hassles/complications/surprises. What a relief. I'll definitely go with this company if I ship a cars in the future! Be sure to READ THE CONTRACT and the TIPS - you'll find that most of the responsibility is with the driver AND YOU.
