Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to move back the date of our shipment. We were assured that the vehicle would still be picked up within the 1-7 business day window, which was fine by us because we were in no rush. However the window came and went and the only information I ever received (after calling and emailing multiple times) was that it was still "open" and waiting to be assigned a carrier. The people I talked to were always very nice, but very vague, and never helpful. I was warned by American Auto Transport (who we ended up switching to last minute) that this would happen, and they were right. Unless you can wait weeks and weeks for your vehicle, don't let the low price lure you in.
