Bill the rep I worked with was professional. He helped with communications during the transport. The truck that was doing the transport broke down so we were delayed a few days. Everyone involved was up front and honest. It happens and we understood. It worked out as the guys who picked up the car from my mother were very good at what they do. They got the car to California in 4 days. They were even on time to our meeting after having a flat tire the night before. Car was intact and undamaged. Good job everyone. In the future any of my auto transport needs will be through this company.
