I received at least 10 quotes for transporting my vehicle from Arizona to Texas. I didn't base my decision on high or low offers but did my research online to review positive and negative comments. I spent around 4 or 5 hours finding out many details on the brokers I was considering to handle carrier arrangement. After my research I was sold on using AutoStar Transport. Sheldon Perez was so polite and accommodating and I knew I had the right decision.

Sheldon found a carrier to pickup my vehicle right away on a Friday. My vehicle was to be delivered to me in Texas on Monday. It was delivered very late on Tuesday but as far as I was concerned this was on time due to the fact we had horrible icy weather and the interstate was closed.

The driver seemed very concerned with safety and my vehicle. He even put some gas in my vehicle since he wanted to be sure I had enough gas to get home.

I'd consider the entire step of the way, the communication was excellent. Just enough communication to feel I was always in the loop.
