This was my first car transport so I first went to the Internet to research. One site offered to give me an instant value estimate and recommend carriers but requires me to enter my name, address and contact number. So I did. That day I received almost 30 phone calls and same number of emails from different auto transport companies. Their charges were in the same range plus minus $100.00, and their reviews were equally good. So I picked one transport company. This one required a deposit $154 affront and carrier to collect $750.00 on delivery. I was given an estimate pick up date of 1 to 7 days and delivery in 7 days.. However, 10 days elapsed with no pick up .....and I was now disappointed. So I asked this company to cancel my transport order and request a refund of my deposit. Refund also took 10 days to process. That whole ordeal was a total bad experience until I returned the call of Ms Danielle Heagy, one of the 30 callers who left a message in my phone. She was honest, knowledgeable, and patient with me. That same day, she was able to arrange a carrier who picked up my car here in California and delivered to Georgia in 6 days. The carrier driver Mr Tamas was equally nice and honest. He took real care and delivered son' s car who is in the military 1 day earlier than estimated days of transport. This experience was a complete reversal of my earlier disappointment. I would highly recommend this ASG company for their excellent service.
