The customer service was great,however,the driver did not contact me stating he would be late until I advised customer service that I had found another carrier willing to pick up the vehicle the next day.After that I got a call from the driver stating he was in San Antonio and that he would pick up the vehicle the next day(12-25-2014).
The reason I found another carrier just in case was because I had an airline flight in two days and was afraid if the driver did not show as promised I would have to pay additional $ to change my flight.This caused undo stress that could have been avoided if only the driver had phoned me the day he was to arrive,but I did not hear from him until after I talked to the dispatcher.The dispatcher did however offered me a $25.00 discount for the inconvenience,but if the driver had not showed I would have been out of the initial deposit plus the cost of paying another carrier.
So to end on a good note,I was quite satisfied with the initial communications and follow up calls from Anna.
Kudos to her for good customer service!
I would not recommend dispatching vehicles to K-Line transport unless there is an expectation of delays .
