The agent (Jim C.) who contacted me was very honest and courteous. He explained what he could do and he made it happen. The driver who picked up the vehicle (in -20 deg. weather) was also very kind and courteous. The vehicle was also delivered on time. I would use this company again for transporting any other vehicle.
