I read the positive reviews of Montway from transport reviews and therefore I scheduled my car shipping with Montway. However after I paid non-refundable $199 to Montway I did more researches on the internet, especially from Yelp. There are a lot of negative reviews on Yelp so I started to worry about my car shipping, I think it is because they brokers out their orders to other small imperfect carriers or irresponsible drivers. After I was informed by Montway that my carrier is Tailwind Express Inc., which has only <3 drivers/trucks, I was really worried how possible such a young company can mess things up. Fortunately my driver is responsible and very efficient, and the whole process was going smoothly. I believe it is also because I provided them flexibility of picking-up/delivering time and location.
