Wendy is efficient and followed up with me. The driver was late picking up the car, but it worked out that I was able to meet him somewhere else to give him the car. The driver was late on the other end, but there was a major winter storm that went through the midwest, so I felt this was understandable. Overall, I got what I paid for and they get a good review.
