Original arrangements were easily completed in a matter of minutes. The driver contacted us the day before planned pick-up to tell us the car could be picked up a day early. The transport was clean and appeared very well maintained. The driver was very courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery was expected in two days but actually occurred late the next evening. The vehicle was in excellent condition, delivered close to the residence of the recipient. This was a very positive, cost-effective way to get a car to a family member in need.
