I contacted a great number of transport services, almost all of them entirely situated in Florida, which isn't so much of an issue, except they tend to forget you might be in a different timezone, and 6:00 AM PST is not a good time to call you. Fortunately, Ivan at 7-Star was kind enough to remember this.

Between one of the lowest priced quotes I received and Ivan's friendly attitude, I'm guessing I received some pretty great service. I don't have anything to compare against, so there's not much I can base my ratings on. Ivan was also flexible with who to contact - there were essentially three people on my end he had to talk to, which ensured good timing.

When I initially signed the agreement, Ivan said he could get it picked up within a few days after the date I requested. The situation changed very quickly; I was told it was weather-related. Although I asked for one-day heads-up prior to pickup or delivery, this simply never happened. It might have been issues with the drivers and services 7-Star was using to coordinate, but the driver called me an hour before pickup, and an hour before delivery without any other notice.

In any case, I had a good experience, other than some hiccups with pick-up/delivery. I wasn't in any rush, and 7-Star met my expectations.
