We very much appreciated that the most pertinent information was readily available on the website, well before we actually booked the transportation of our vehicle. We weren't harassed by Ship A Car Direct like we were with a few others that we solicited quotes from, which was appreciated. We literally had our car shipped out a day after we booked, and this was for a cross country haul. Very pleased it went so smoothly. And, they picked up the car in Manhattan, which was an otherwise very difficult place to get into and out of, especially for shipping or transporting anything.
