I originally worked with a person that had a sudden medical emergency. Then Kimberly Freiley took over. When I inquired about the status of my car (at 7:30 AM) she promptly called the shipper and got back to me in minutes. The car was delivered that day. I had read a number of positive reviews about Kimberley on the internet. She did an excellent job of taking care of me.
