Felicia was responsive, straight forward and easy to work with. The original quote had to be revised upward slightly to finalize the carrier but since I knew this is how the industry works I anticipated that it may happen and was not surprised. The overall cost was still competitive. I found the carrier, Northwest Specialized Trucking very good at keeping me updated of their progress, they were polite and punctual. The pick up to delivery was 7 days from Spokane WA to Columbus OH. The vehicle arrived in good shape except for being dirty which is to be expected on a cross country road trip. Felicia also kept me updated via text or phone. I would use Auto Shipping Group and Felicia again.
