David, the representative from Ship A Car Direct, was helpful, polite, and maintained contact after the sale.

Pickup was on time with good communications from the the representative of the carrier (Transauto Logistics Corp) as well as their drivers. Drop-off was actually 2 days earlier than predicted for this cross-country transport, but within the window I had requested. The car upon delivery was absolutely filthy, but undamaged - so nothing a car wash couldn't fix.

This is the second car I've shipped across country, and my experience was better than the last time (which was with another broker and carrier). I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct, and in fact have already done so for another family member's transport need. I was offered a $30 rebate to give an honest review, but I would have done it for nothing.
