I had never shipped a vehicle before. I only wanted to deal with a company that is listed with the BBB. DIY was the only company with an "A" rating and that contacted me. I felt comfortable that my vehicle would make it to its destination without me having to worry about it. My son received the vehicle, I'm happy and he's happy. I would definitely recommend DIY, and hope to use them again.
